The primary responsibility of the Butler is to provide exceptional service to The Venetian Resort guests in personal Butler/Valet and amenity services.
The Butler attends to service in suites, VIP lounges, and other exclusive areas, including food and beverage service and guest escorting.
Safety, professionalism, and adherence to company standards are essential functions of this role.

Must-have
In-suite dining and beverage service
Guest escort and personalized assistance
Point of sale and computer experience
Ability to work varied shifts including nights
Maintain confidentiality of guest information
Physical ability to lift 20 pounds unassisted
Nice-to-have
Speak and understand Mandarin dialect
Strong interpersonal communication skills
Professional presentation and grooming
Ability to work under high stress
Knowledge of Clark County Health Codes
Key Requirements
21 years of age
High school diploma or equivalent
Valid Nevada Driver's License and required certifications
5+ years hospitality industry experience
Proof of authorization to work in the United States
Ability to speak an additional language, Mandarin preferred
