Job Summary
Treat patients as directed by the Occupational Therapist and per the physician treatment plan, recording daily treatment notes and weekly progress notes.
Assist the nursing department with training of Restorative Aides and instruct patient's families or nursing staff in maintenance programs for discharge preparation.
Communicate with supervisor and other health team members regarding patient progress, problems, and plans, while maintaining the treatment area and reporting equipment issues.
