Key Requirements

  • Master’s degree in Linguistics, Second Language Acquisition, Foreign Language Education, or related field
  • At least two years of experience in language assessment, curriculum development, foreign language instruction, or related project management
  • Strong knowledge of language assessment principles and proficiency frameworks
  • Demonstrated experience developing, reviewing, or evaluating proficiency-based language assessment items
  • Proven project management skills
  • Experience supervising, mentoring, and overseeing student employees and external contributors
  • Experience coordinating and managing subject matter experts
  • Strong writing, editing, communication, and collaboration skills
  • Ability to analyze and interpret item-level performance data
