Key Requirements
Master’s degree in Linguistics, Second Language Acquisition, Foreign Language Education, or related field
At least two years of experience in language assessment, curriculum development, foreign language instruction, or related project management
Strong knowledge of language assessment principles and proficiency frameworks
Demonstrated experience developing, reviewing, or evaluating proficiency-based language assessment items
Proven project management skills
Experience supervising, mentoring, and overseeing student employees and external contributors
Experience coordinating and managing subject matter experts
Strong writing, editing, communication, and collaboration skills
Ability to analyze and interpret item-level performance data
