Job Summary

  • Support the delivery of various equity and compensation plans, such as Employee Stock Purchase Plan, Restricted Stock Units, Long-Term Incentives, retention programs, Annual Compensation cycle, and variable pay.
  • Assist in managing supplier operations for equity record-keeping and administration and coordinate the execution of compensation programs using internal HR systems (Workday).
  • Respond to customer inquiries related to pay, benefit discrepancies or education on their Compensation and Equity programs and oversee and optimize processes and procedures.
