The Technician – Heat Treatment is responsible for supporting heat treatment operations on gas turbine components, executing process steps safely and accurately.
This role is expected to demonstrate strong Lean behaviors, actively support problem solving, maintain 5S standards, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
The technician plays an important role in driving overall Lean implementation by identifying improvement opportunities, supporting standard work, reducing waste, and helping improve process flow and operational performance.
