The Insight Manager will act as the consumer advocate, representing the customer's voice in business decisions and gathering insights to inform strategy.
This role is responsible for establishing and improving a 'one view of the consumer' insights agenda, driving consumer-centric innovation, renovation, and brand equity strategies.
The position requires collaboration with internal marketing, trade marketing, food service, and R&D teams, as well as external agencies, to bring the consumer into decision-making.
