Key Requirements
Social worker degree or licensed social worker with 8 years experience
Bachelor's degree in public health, hospital/public administration, behavioral, environmental, or fire safety with 10 years experience
Post-baccalaureate degree equivalent
Surveyor Minimum Qualifications Test (SMQT) certification preferred
Successful completion of Federal/State training for Nursing Facilities within one year
