Key Requirements

  • Graduate of accredited School of Nursing
  • Current state RN licensure
  • CPR BLS Certification
  • Minimum 1 year RN experience preferred
  • At least 3 months RN experience in home dialysis
  • Completion of Clinical Advancement Program requirements
