Job Summary

  • Design, build, and evolve the core building blocks of our Conversational AI and automation platform, leveraging microservices architecture and scalable distributed systems.
  • Partner closely with product, data science, and engineering teams to deliver high-impact solutions while providing technical guidance and mentoring engineers.
  • This role reports to our Sr. Director, Engineering and is a hybrid role with regular onsite workdays in our San Jose, CA strongly preferred.
