Job Summary

  • This role primarily provides comprehensive HR guidance, support, and data-informed recommendations to College of Nursing leadership, staff, and faculty, while ensuring full compliance with College, University, State, and Federal laws, policies, and regulations.
  • Independently oversees and manages the full recruitment and hiring lifecycle for the College of Nursing, serving as the primary HR subject matter expert.
  • Provides independent oversight and quality assurance of payroll and leave administration for the College of Nursing.
