Job Summary
This role primarily provides comprehensive HR guidance, support, and data-informed recommendations to College of Nursing leadership, staff, and faculty, while ensuring full compliance with College, University, State, and Federal laws, policies, and regulations.
Independently oversees and manages the full recruitment and hiring lifecycle for the College of Nursing, serving as the primary HR subject matter expert.
Provides independent oversight and quality assurance of payroll and leave administration for the College of Nursing.
