The KBS Business Controlling process manager will be responsible for standardizing and optimizing Business controlling processes worldwide and to achieve excellence in Business partnering and to ensure the Finance teams support business with Business controls and Analytics.
Continuously develop and strengthen KBS BC capability to deliver the Best in class service to BC teams Identify inefficiencies and bottlenecks in current workflows using data-driven insights and process mining tools.
Build strong partnership with Regional Business controlling leaders to align process improvements with the broader business goals and share best practices.
