  • Essential duties include maintaining employee records, completing monthly nursing schedules, coordinating requests to ensure appropriate coverage, and answering employee calls regarding staffing/scheduling functions.
  • The role requires assisting with interviewing CNAs, confirming license/certification for new hires, and maintaining confidentiality of employee information.
