Finance Administration and Accounting expertise
ERP systems knowledge (Oracle, SAP, Workday)
C-level customer engagement skills
Financial Management enterprise software
Strong communication and presentation skills

Knowledge of Procurement and Project Costing
Experience with AI in ERP/Finance domain
Industry expertise in FSI, IT/ITES, Professional Services
Passion for continuous learning and innovation
Ability to manage multiple engagements
Experience with medium and large enterprises in India
Key Requirements
10 - 15 years experience in Finance systems
Experience in Finance and Accounting functions
Expert knowledge of GL, AR, AP, Fixed Assets, Multi-Company and Consolidations, Multi-Currency
Experience with ERP solutions like Oracle Fusion, Oracle Netsuite, SAP S4/HANA
Proven ability to lead solutioning and RFP/RFI responses
Experience engaging with C-level executives, especially CFO office
