The role involves administrative duties, charting, medication administration, personnel management, nursing care functions, staff development, safety and sanitation, equipment management, and care plan assessment.
The position requires participation in continuing education programs and adherence to infection control, safety, and facility policies to maintain a clean, safe, and professional environment.
