Job Summary
This role partners with HR Business Partners, Legal, Compliance, and business leaders to address employee relations matters, strengthen manager capability, and ensure consistent application of policies and practices.
Key responsibilities include leading impartial workplace investigations, developing proactive ER strategies, and designing/delivering manager enablement on ER fundamentals.
The position offers a hybrid work model with up to 10% travel and is located in Tampa, FL or New Brunswick, NJ.
