The Supportive Services Coordinator will manage retention in care for their caseload and follow fidelity monitoring protocols in data collection and documentation.
Responsibilities include conducting resource counseling, providing HIV/STI treatment and prevention in non-traditional settings, and performing administrative tasks.
This is a part-time, grant-funded position of approximately 20 hours per week with a pay range of $24.04 - $28.85 per hour.
