Key Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or similar work experience
  • At least 7 years HR experience
  • At least 4 years Labor Relations experience
  • At least 4 years Employee Relations experience
  • At least 4 years supervisory experience
  • PHR/SPHR preferred
  • Proficiency in EEO/Title VII compliance
  • Experience with Affirmative Action compliance highly desirable
  • Excellent computer and database application skills
