Job Summary

  • Lead and drive projects that enhance networking opportunities and foster HR collaboration across Sectors and Business Units within the Region.
  • Promote the Hitachi Brand in EMEA, to attract and onboard top talent and provide regional enablement for legislative changes.
  • Support line managers across the Region in leading and delivering change including restructuring, reorganization, integration, consultation, TUPE, redundancy, job redesign and redeployments.
