Job Summary
This role involves leading the engineering conception and facility planning for new Bitcoin mining deployments from initial site evaluation through infrastructure design.
The successful candidate will oversee live fleet operations, optimizing power pricing and fleet performance to minimize the cost-per-coin-mined across all active sites.
You will be responsible for building Proto's mining operations function from scratch, including designing organizational structures and recruiting field operations personnel.
