• Partner with product and tech leaders by leveraging a trusted advisor model to propel key business initiatives though integrated risk strategies.
• Develop a deep understanding of business strategies, products, services, and risk profile to inform emerging risks and mitigation priorities.
• This role will have a high level of exposure across lines of business and the opportunity to work with Executives to create and implement innovative solutions to identify and mitigate potential risks to Capital One.

McLean, VA: $164,800 - $188,100; Richmond, VA: $149,800 - $171,000; Bonus/Equity: Performance based incentive compensation; Benefits: Comprehensive, competitive, and inclusive set of health, financial and other benefits

• Bachelor's Degree or Military Experience
• 4+ years Risk Management, Digital Product Technology, or External Audit
• 4+ years supporting business clients
• 3+ years planning and leading IT audits or risk assessments
• 6+ years Risk Management supporting platforms and tech products
• 5+ years consulting with senior executives
• Risk Certifications (CRISC, CISM, CRCM, CIPP, ABA Risk Mgmt Certification)
• 3+ years in Financial Services industry
