The intern will support the legal team of Havana Club International by preparing general assemblies and advising on corporate law matters such as statute modifications and KYC procedures.
Responsibilities include drafting various commercial contracts including procurement, industrial, financial, and distribution agreements, as well as updating legal documents like terms and conditions and confidentiality agreements.
Candidates will benefit from a monthly gratification ranging from 1410€ to 1550€, unlimited access to Coursera training, and participation in internal networking events within a collaborative international environment.
