Job Summary

  • The Engineering Manager is the lead of the local Engineering function, working towards an exceptional maintenance service for all vehicles operated by Stagecoach, to the standards of TfL and the DVSA to ensure maximum vehicle availability at any given time.
  • Responsibility for the leadership, motivation, performance management, learning development and discipline of the local Engineering team, as well as ensuring all Engineering staff commit and comply with the HSQE legislation and policy, as well as COSHH and manual handing standards.
