Salary
Base: $142,800.00 - $192,800.00 annually; Bonus/Equity: Eligible for annual bonus plan and discretionary equity awards; Benefits: Comprehensive package including Medical, Dental, Vision, 401(k), FSA/HSA, Life Insurance, PTO

Must-have
Intake and triage management for BD opportunities
Resource forecasting and capacity planning
Cross-functional collaboration with Regulatory Affairs
Governance coordination and reporting dashboards
Project management for external partnerships
Nice-to-have
Experience supporting business development or alliances
Familiarity with clinical development and CMC processes
Background in consulting or PMO environments
Ability to synthesize information for senior stakeholders
Comfort operating in ambiguity and building processes
Key Requirements
Bachelor's degree with 8+ years experience OR Master's with 6+ years
Experience in Regulatory Affairs, R&D Operations, or Program/Portfolio Management
Strong analytical skills with ability to manage multiple complex workstreams
