Job Summary

  • The Supervisor, Maintenance Planning provides daily operational supervision to a team of Maintenance Planners and Warehouse staff who support maintenance planning, scheduling, and inventory management for water and wastewater services.
  • This position plays a key role in maturing planning, scheduling, and inventory management practices by strengthening processes, improving data quality, supporting EAM system enhancements, and identifying and monitoring key performance indicators.
  • Key duties include supervising, coaching, and supporting the team, building strong relationships with internal partners, ensuring regulatory compliance, and overseeing the development of maintenance schedules.
