Job Summary

  • Key Responsibilities: Manage daily reservations, ensuring accuracy and timely confirmation of bookings
  • Assist guests with inquiries regarding hotel facilities, services, booking notifications cancellations, and special requests in a professional and courteous manner
  • Coordinate with Front Office, Housekeeping, and other departments to ensure guest requirements are met
