The position requires extensive clinical operations experience across multiple studies and programs with deep knowledge of drug development phases I through IV.

Salary
Base: $171,000.00-$236,000.00; Bonus/Equity: Short term and long-term incentives including cash bonus and equity; Benefits: Medical, Dental, Vision, Life, 401(k) match, Tuition reimbursement up to $10,000
Skills & Requirements
Must-have
12 years clinical research experience
Line management of up to 20 staff
Knowledge of GCP and ICH guidelines
Experience with insourced FSP models
Resource forecasting and assignment
Nice-to-have
Advanced degree in scientific discipline
Experience in Biotech/Pharma environment
Strong cross-functional collaboration skills
Agility to adapt to evolving pipeline
Conflict resolution and team building
Key Requirements
B.A. or B.Sc. in a scientific discipline
Approximately 12 years of clinical research experience
