Skills & Requirements
Must-have
Valid electrical work license
3+ years building maintenance experience
Hands-on electrical repair skills
Knowledge of CMMS and BMS systems
Fire Life Safety system expertise
Nice-to-have
Lighting and emergency power experience
Training and coaching maintenance personnel
Laboratory clean room familiarity
Customer service assessment skills
Quality control auditing experience
Key Requirements
Valid license to perform electrical work
At least 3 years in building maintenance industry
High school diploma or GED required
