Job Summary

  • Maintain a close working relationship with the Food & Beverage Director, Director of Finance, Executive Chef and Director of Purchasing to improve controls.
  • Assist in producing annual labor budgets, monitoring daily orders, and performing weekly reconciliation of food invoice exceptions.
  • Work with the Bar team to create cocktail recipe sheets and ensure beverage cost meets budget targets.
