Job Summary
Maintain a close working relationship with the Food & Beverage Director, Director of Finance, Executive Chef and Director of Purchasing to improve controls.
Assist in producing annual labor budgets, monitoring daily orders, and performing weekly reconciliation of food invoice exceptions.
Work with the Bar team to create cocktail recipe sheets and ensure beverage cost meets budget targets.
