Skills & Requirements

Must-have

  • High School Diploma or GED required
  • Minimum two months operating machinery experience
  • Ability to work rotating shifts and overtime
  • Proficiency with PLC and MMI computer interfaces
  • Process adjustment skills for temperature and line speed

Nice-to-have

  • Six months previous manufacturing environment experience
  • Experience with pneumatic presses and punch out equipment
  • Curiosity and collaborative mindset
  • Ability to diagnose process defects
  • Willingness to take and pass company testing

Key Requirements
