Job Summary
Provide remote or on-site technical support for installation and maintenance issues, ride comfort, and customer specification requirements.
Train local trainers/employees during site visits and/or deliver scheduled training sessions, co-operating with global and local training centres.
Co-ordinate field support team and activities, set appropriate KPIs, and ensure quick response and corrective action time for technical inquiries and training requests.
