This role will support multiple software development teams in developing and deploying operational flight software for Direct Attack weapons.
You will be responsible for coaching software engineers on agile processes, training teams with agile strategies and tools, monitoring team goals, facilitating retrospectives and community of practice meetings, and improving organizational outcomes.
