Job Summary

  • You will act as a primary point of contact for our clients and commercial teams, handling order management and customer requests via email, chat, and phone.
  • Work closely with other departments such as Supply Chain, Warehouse, Logistics, Sales, Cash Collection, Finance, Marketing to ensure all is processed correctly and timely.
  • Responsible for handling customer complaints, providing appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits, and following up to ensure resolution.
