Job Summary
You will act as a primary point of contact for our clients and commercial teams, handling order management and customer requests via email, chat, and phone.
Work closely with other departments such as Supply Chain, Warehouse, Logistics, Sales, Cash Collection, Finance, Marketing to ensure all is processed correctly and timely.
Responsible for handling customer complaints, providing appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits, and following up to ensure resolution.
