Must-have

  • 7-10 years institutional consultant coverage experience
  • Central US regional market knowledge
  • Fixed income, equities, and private markets expertise
  • CRM proficiency (Salesforce or equivalent)
  • RFP/RFI response coordination skills

Nice-to-have

  • CFA or CAIA designation progress
  • Strong presentation and communication abilities
  • Collaborative cross-functional project management
  • Data-driven decision-making approach
  • Experience with OCIO and delegated solutions

Key Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree required
