Job Summary
The primary purpose of this position is to provide assigned residents with routine daily care and services in accordance with their assessment and care plan.
The caregiver assistant is responsible for assisting residents with personal care, mobility, meals, and maintaining a warm and positive environment throughout the shift.
This role requires cooperation with nursing personnel and other facility staff to ensure quality care and adherence to established policies and procedures.

Use PCC for resident information
Report changes in resident condition
Maintain confidentiality of health information
Assist with resident mobility and transfers
Perform restorative and rehabilitative procedures

Key Requirements
High school education or equivalent
Proficiency in Microsoft Suite products
