Job Summary

• The CoE - Senior Associate will be responsible for driving operational excellence and innovation within the Center of Excellence (COE), focusing on standardizing tools, improving processes, and enabling cross-functional collaboration.
• Key responsibilities include leading initiatives to standardize tools and dashboards, conducting process analysis, delivering COE overviews and trainings, and fostering partnerships across teams.
• This role is eligible to participate in Huron’s annual incentive compensation program and benefit plans, including medical, dental, and vision coverage.

Salary

Base: $85,000 - $115,000; Bonus/Equity: Included in total compensation; Benefits: Medical, dental, vision coverage and other wellness programs
