Key Requirements

  • 5+ years functional experience with Payroll or Financials
  • 5+ years leading consulting teams
  • Experience with Workday, SAP, Oracle, Taleo, PeopleSoft, ADP, UKG
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • Excellent Spanish and English communication skills
