Job Summary
The Senior Business Systems Analyst - Commercial is responsible for providing business support and guidance in domains of Oracle CPQ, Salesforce, ServiceMax, Oracle EBS and other Marketing, Sales, Service and ERP tools.
You will be a part of the IT team and report to the Senior Manager of Business Applications responsible for proactively identifying areas for improvements and introducing innovations, factoring in customer needs, external approaches, data analytics and industry best practices.
