Job Summary

• Responsible for supervising approximately 25 hourly associates per shift to meet/exceed operating goals in OEE, Spoilage, Safety, Continuous Improvements, Cost Reduction, and Quality.
• Key accountabilities include enforcing safety and sanitation regulations, coordinating production activities, analyzing schedules, and ensuring associates adhere to standards.

• 3 years of supervisor experience in a manufacturing setting
• High School Diploma or Equivalent
• Willing to work any shift in the 4/4 schedule operation
