Job Summary

  • This role will drive recruitment and manpower growth through conceptualizing innovative schemes and initiatives that will aid the agency leaders in recruiting and retaining talented individuals.
  • You will be responsible for formulating policies and processes, enhancing current workflows, as well as provide data analysis in recruitment, performance management and attrition of new reps.

Key Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years agency management or recruitment experience
  • 3 years or more agency recruitment or business development with insurers
  • CMFAS certification is an advantage
  • Degree in any discipline
