Assist Property Repair Solutions customers with questions or concerns regarding work being done by program contractors, ensuring customer expectations are met and/or exceeded.
Receive, review, and dispatch new jobs to contractors, place outbound calls to sell programs, assign contractors, make appointments, and provide assistance to insurance adjusters.
Monitor pending jobs, make follow-up calls to homeowners to ensure smooth processes, answer questions, and receive inbound calls to resolve minor issues or schedule appointments.

Key Requirements
