Job Summary

  • The Sr. Demand & Supply Planner is accountable for end-to-end demand and supply planning for the Baltic markets, ensuring optimal product availability while balancing customer service, inventory, and supply chain costs.
  • The role leads to the country level Integrated Business Planning (IBP), with primary ownership of the Demand Review, building, challenging, and aligning demand forecasts in close collaboration with Commercial and Finance teams.
  • The Sr. Planner plays a key role in performance management, driving improvements across service and planning KPIs such as OTIFD, forecast accuracy (MAPE/Bias), and inventory coverage, while acting as a central coordination point across multiple stakeholders.
