Job Summary

  • This position will maintain functional authority over assigned operational business units and ensure satisfactory outcomes for the client under an ISO 20K operating model.
  • Develop and manage ITIL-based processes including incident, problem, change, and service level management, and drive major complex incidents.
  • Responsible for developing, maintaining, and verifying system business continuity and disaster recovery plans, and supporting new business proposals.

Key Requirements

  • Experience in creating service development life cycle (SDLC) documentation
  • High level of proficiency with Microsoft Office Package
  • Must be reasonably available 24/7
