This position will maintain functional authority over assigned operational business units and ensure satisfactory outcomes for the client under an ISO 20K operating model.
Develop and manage ITIL-based processes including incident, problem, change, and service level management, and drive major complex incidents.
Responsible for developing, maintaining, and verifying system business continuity and disaster recovery plans, and supporting new business proposals.
