Base: $117,000.00 - $184,200.00; Bonus/Equity: Eligible for annual bonus and long-term incentive; Benefits: Comprehensive medical, dental, vision, retirement, paid holidays, vacation, and sick days

Key Requirements
Ph.D. in analytical chemistry or related field by May 2026 or equivalent experience
Minimum four years industry experience with Master’s degree or seven years with Bachelor’s degree
Experience leading small technical groups and projects
Knowledge of compendial guidelines (USP1220, ICH Q2/Q14)
Ability to work independently and in teams
Experience with chromatography method development and troubleshooting
