Job Summary

  • You will play a key role in strengthening safety culture and supporting HSSE excellence at the Fremantle Lubricants Plant.
  • Lead HSSE support on site, provide advice, analyze and report on HSE performance and trends, and partner with plant leadership to embed bp Lubricants HSSE practices.
  • Develop and deliver HSE training and awareness programs, lead HSSE communications, and mentor line managers to build their confidence and capability.
