Job Summary
This role is part of the TRIMEDX Clinical Engineering Leadership Program designed to prepare participants for promotion to Clinical Engineering Site Manager.
Participants will manage daily site operations, lead teams of technicians, and ensure compliance with regulatory standards including Joint Commission inspections.
The position requires a hands-on service component where associates must be willing to perform scheduled maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs on medical devices.

Must-have
Bachelor's degree in engineering or business
Manage day-to-day clinical engineering operations
Lead and develop clinical engineering associates
Perform medical device maintenance and repairs
Direct Joint Commission inspections

Key Requirements
Bachelor's degree in engineering, technology, or business
Associate's degree with 3 years clinical engineering experience
Willingness to travel up to 50% of the time
Willingness to relocate
Technical certification (A+, CBET, CRES, CLES, or CCE) preferred
