Job Summary
The primary purpose of your job position is to provide each of your assigned residents with routine daily care and services in accordance with the resident’s assessment and care plan.
You will be responsible for assisting residents with daily functions such as personal hygiene, dressing, and mobility, as well as maintaining their living environment.
This role requires reporting any changes in residents' conditions, accidents, or incidents to the appropriate directors promptly.
