Job Summary
Strategize, coordinate, and govern all testing activities across applications and automation systems within the terminal operations environment, focusing on ensuring the right environments, datasets, test plans, and resources are available.
Oversee and manage all open issues across vendors, ensuring they are logged correctly, prioritized appropriately, and resolved in line with operational needs, while also driving triage efforts.
Maintain production versions of TOS, ECS, GOS, FMS, and other terminal systems, governing configuration changes and version control across systems to ensure adherence to Global CAB processes.
