Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field
5+ years of progressive engineering experience
Strong problem-solving foundation
Knowledge of FDA regulations and QMS
Experience with 6-Sigma or similar methodologies
Nice-to-have
Master's degree in engineering
Black Belt certification in Six Sigma
PMP certification
Ability to lead cross-functional teams
Willingness to travel occasionally
Key Requirements
Minimum Bachelor's Degree in Engineering
5+ years of relevant engineering experience
Green Belt Six Sigma certification (Black Belt preferred)
