Job Summary
This role requires a strategic hunter to identify and run new growth opportunities across North America, LatAm, EMEA, and APAC for The Ogilvy Group.
The successful candidate will lead large-scale, integrated, multi-market pitches from qualification through win, owning the strategy, choreography, and storytelling.
Reporting to the Global Head of Growth, this individual acts as a trusted right hand to shape the global growth agenda and prioritize key client targets.

Must-have
8-10 years integrated communications agency experience
Proven track record generating new revenue at top-tier networks
Experience leading large-scale multi-market pitches end-to-end
Ability to operate autonomously in complex HoldCo environments
Strong executive presence with senior client-facing skills
Nice-to-have
Existing relationships with senior decision-makers across major brands
Experience leveraging AI and cutting-edge technologies in pitches
Fluency in navigating matrix structures and sister agencies
Ability to coach and elevate broader growth communities
Willingness to travel globally for pitches as necessary
