  • Frequently factory on-site support will be needed and you will cooperate with internal cross functional teams, as a main factory quality interface.

  • CoWoS or advanced package assembly and test

Key Requirements

  • BS or MS degree in engineering
  • 10+ years of engineering or quality experience
  • Familiar with QMS and quality core tools
  • Experience or certificate of IATF16946, ISO9001 lead auditor, VDA6.3 auditor, CQE, CQT, CRE, Six Sigma/Lean is a plus
  • Good communications in English
